This award honors an individual whose actions and attitudes not only reflect these values but also inspire a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the UMSON community. The recipient of this award works to:

  1. Reinforce the importance of UMB’s core values in shaping a positive and impactful campus environment.
  2. Encourage ongoing commitment to ethical leadership, community engagement, and innovation.
  3. Foster a sense of pride and belonging among faculty, staff, and students.
