We offer two entry-into-nursing options.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Last two years of undergraduate education
Locations: Baltimore and the Universities at Shady Grove in Rockville, Maryland - Master of Science in Nursing Entry-into-Nursing - For those with a degree in a field other than nursing

Our RN-to-BSN is a 100% online, full-time or part-time program for licensed registered nurses interested in earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or for those who have earned their Associate Degree in Nursing at a Maryland community college.
Our master’s program is top ranked by U.S. News & World Report, with three Master of Science in Nursing specialties.
- Community/Public Health Nursing - Offered in person and online
- Nursing Leadership and Management - 100% Online: Choose from a Leadership and Management, Education, or Business focus
- Nursing Informatics - 100% Online

UMSON’s premier Conway Scholarship covers 50% - 100% of in-state tuition and fees, depending on the degree program. With more than $36 million in support from Bill and Joanne Conway, UMSON is set to award more than 1,000 Conway Scholarships to help cover the costs of your nursing education.
