The University of Maryland School of Nursing’s Living History Museum is one of the world’s only museums dedicated to sharing the rich history and heritage of the nursing profession. From UMSON’s founding in 1889 to the present, it highlights the historical contributions of nurses and explores their roles in today’s ever-evolving health care industry.
