Overview:

This event will convene national experts, distinguished alumni, faculty, scholars, and providers to honor the specialty’s legacy and explore its future. Through engaging lectures, case studies, and discussions, participants will examine pressing issues in policy, practice, and education while gaining insights to strengthen mental health care delivery.

Objectives:

By the conclusion of this conference, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the role of advocacy and policy in advancing psychiatric mental health nursing.
  • Analyze a forensic case study and prescribing principles relevant to contemporary practice.
  • Explore the evolving scope of psychiatric mental health nursing and opportunities for innovation.
