Our campus tours provide prospective students and families the opportunity to explore our facilities, meet members of the Admissions team, and learn what it’s like to be a nursing student. Tours are open to all prospective students, regardless of program interest.
Campus tours take place during Explore Nursing Mondays and are designed to help you feel confident about your next steps.
What You'll See on Your Tour
All campus tours include visits to our state-of-the-art learning environments, giving you a firsthand look at where learning happens.
Clinical Simulation Labs
See where students gain hands-on experience in realistic clinical settings designed to build confidence before entering professional practice.
Standardized Patient Program (SPP)
Learn how students strengthen clinical judgment and communication skills by working with trained standardized patients in lifelike scenarios.
URECFIT and Wellness at the SMC Campus Center (Baltimore Only)
Explore campus recreation and wellness spaces that support student well-being and balance.
Living History Museum (Baltimore Only)
Visit Maryland’s only museum dedicated to nursing, honoring the profession’s legacy while highlighting its future.

On select tour days, visitors may also choose to attend optional information sessions:
BSN Information Session at 10 a.m.
MSN-E Information Session at noon
These sessions provide program overviews, admissions guidance, and next steps, but are not required to participate in the campus tour.
