Additional Campus Orientation Opportunity (Hosted by UMB)
For Summer and Fall 2026 Admitted Students
In addition to your required UMSON Orientation, the University of Maryland, Baltimore will host a virtual and in-person campus-wide orientation for all new Summer and Fall 2026 admitted students.
This event provides an overview of university-level resources and services available to all UMB students, including:
- Student health and wellness programs
- Financial aid and student accounts
- Campus safety and student support resources
- Technology and library services

Virtual and In-Person sessions available.
University of Maryland School of Nursing students may register for any session that aligns with their schedule — you are not limited to a specific date.
Attendance at the UMB Orientation is encouraged, as it complements your UMSON program orientation by helping you become familiar with the broader UMB community and campus resources.
