The Nursing Professor Residency for Outstanding Faculty (NPROF) program is a faculty development program unique to the University of Maryland School of Nursing and funded through a Conway Innovation Grant via the Bill and Joanne Conway Bedford Falls Charitable Trust. The goal of this pilot program is to support new and novice nursing faculty as they transition to the complexities of the faculty role and it aligns with the Institute for Educators’ mission to prepare and support nurse faculty across Maryland.
