The University of Maryland School of Nursing’s Office of Information and Learning Technology is dedicated to improving the quality of teaching, learning, research, and community service through technology. Audio-Visual Services (AVS) and Network and Computer Services (NACS) are part of the Office of Information and Learning Technology. The office has several focus areas, including:
- Instructional design & technology
- Distance education
- Online learning
- Utilization of emerging technologies
- Faculty development in teaching with technology
- Audio-visual support for classes and events
- Support for school owned computer equipment
