







The Human Resources (HR) office is responsible for coordinating the full range of human resource functions within UMSON. Acting in concert with the University of Maryland (UM) Office of Human Resource Services, HR provides support and direction to faculty, staff, and administration with regard to employee relations, the hiring process, compensation, performance management, benefits, strategic planning, and all other human resources issues.
HR is focused on delivering excellent customer service and assisting UMSON in maintaining a positive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
