Overview:

Nursing/health care informatics is a critical component of nursing education, and it is important that nurses are competent to deliver quality patient care maximizing the benefits of the most up-to-date health informatics technologies. offered via on-demand sessions with synchronous group activities


Objectives:

This workshop will provide:

  1. an in-depth overview of the essential knowledge and skillsets in nursing/health care informatics
  2. opportunities to learn from expert informaticians from different countries about their current projects
  3. moderated group activity experiences in which attendees will learn how to apply their new knowledge and skills in practice and academic settings.

Learning Outcome:

60% of the participants will identify and implement one informatics competency into their practice.
