Suggestion One
Please note that some PowerPoint lecture notes consist of 30-40 slides. If you do not want to print each slide on a separate page, but rather 2-9 slides on each page - please follow these steps when using Internet Explorer to select the "Handout" option before printing:
- click the Undergrad/Graduate/Doctoral folder and then click your instructor's course folder
- Scroll down and click the desired PowerPoint lecture slides
- After the PowerPoint slides appear on-screen, right click in the middle of the PowerPoint slides and then select Print
- Under the Print What option, click the drop down and select Handouts
- Under the Handouts option, you may indicate the # of slides per page
- Click the OK button.
Suggestion Two
If you'd like to print the PowerPoint lecture notes in Black/White, follow the above steps and make sure Grayscale is selected.
