The University owns and operates an apartment complex exclusively for University of Maryland students, known as Pascault Row. The Pascault Row apartments are in eight historic row houses that were completely renovated in 1982. In all, the 80 units can accommodate 88 residents. Efficiency and one-bedroom apartments are single units. Two-bedroom apartments are shared by two roommates.
Each apartment is furnished and carpeted, has a private bath and is equipped with a compact kitchen unit consisting of an electric range, oven, and a sink with a garbage disposal. A full-size refrigerator is included in each apartment.
Housing rates are competitive with those for comparable housing in the area, making Pascault Row a popular choice for University of Maryland students. All apartments are available for occupancy by mid-August.
